Privacy policy

This text explains the platform's basic operation. Before launch, the operator must complete it according to its business details and data processing practices.

Information collected

Registration collects your name, email and password. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Business profiles, enquiries, reviews and favourites are stored in the database to operate the service.

Use of information

Information is used to manage accounts, publish business profiles, moderate content and review enquiries. Contact details and addresses added to business profiles are published for visitors.

Package payments

Depending on the payment method, your name, email, phone, billing address, IP address and order details are shared with PayTR or iyzico. A Turkish identity number requested for iyzico is sent to that provider and is not stored in the site database. Card details are entered into the provider-hosted secure form and are not held by us. Order, payment attempt, verification and package activation records are retained to operate the service. Bank transfers are verified by management.

Cookies and retention

Essential session cookies support sign-in and security checks. Cookies used on the selected payment provider's own page are subject to that provider's privacy and cookie policies. Accounts and content are retained until deleted by the site administrator.
